It’s essential to consult with your healthcare provider to check your vitamin D levels and consider supplementation if necessary. The recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for vitamin D varies based on age, sex, and life stage, but for women aged 51-70, it’s 600 IU (15 mcg) daily, and women aged 71 and older, it’s 800 IU (20 mcg) daily.
